Oscar currently serves as Operations Manager for Universal Aviation Costa Rica as well as General Aviation Terminal (GAT) SJO in San Jose. GAT SJO is Costa Rica’s first-ever GAT and is operated by Universal Aviation Costa Rica. Oscar is an expert on operations to Costa Rica. His expertise was essential during the construction and startup of GAT SJO, which he supervised. Prior to joining Universal Aviation, Oscar served as Operations and Maintenance Manager for Liberia (MRLB) airport.
