Universal Aviation Mexico reports that AFAC authorities at various command centers in Mexico operate under different criteria, and recently, some have implemented new documentation requirements for permit approvals. To avoid delays or inconvenience, operators should be aware of the following additional requirements:
- MMQT and MMSP: Noise Certificate and Radio Certificate.
- MMHO: Noise Certificate, Radio Certificate, Pilot Training Certification for operating the aircraft, and Aircraft Maintenance Sheet.
- MMUN: Noise Certificate, Radio Certificate, and Single-Use Policy (private or commercial).
- MMSD: Single-Use Policy (private or commercial).
These requirements are subject to change. We will provide updates as new information becomes available. Operators are encouraged to ensure compliance by preparing these documents in advance.
