Dear Friends and Colleagues,

With the New Year just a few weeks away, I wanted to thank you personally for what has turned out to be an outstanding rebound year in 2022 for Business Aviation!

Our industry persevered through the pandemic years and came back stronger than ever! That’s not to say there weren’t challenges like Inflation, the global supply chain disruption, staffing shortages, increased regulatory complexity, concerns about the economy, or a Covid resurgence; but through your trust in us and the hard work and commitment of our Universal team members around the globe, we overcame the challenges and record-setting demand to support your critical missions.

Looking ahead, we see much of the same in 2023. Despite the doom and gloom prognostications for the global economy, we remain optimistic that pent-up demand and the conveniences, privacy, and safety of Bizav will propel the industry to another stellar year in 2023.

I’m sure there will be some bumps and surprises along the way, but as the last few years have proven, our industry, customers, and Universal team are ready to step up as needed to work together to overcome any obstacle.

I appreciate each and every one of you, and I sincerely hope 2023 is a healthy and prosperous one for you and your families. You and your missions mean the world to us, and we are thrilled to help you achieve mission success in 2023!

After the torrid pace of the last year, I hope you have some time this holiday season to take a break and spend time with those you cherish.
