U.S. National Interest Waiver (NIW) Visa/Green Card

U.S. Ops Reminder:

National Interest Waiver offers possible alternative for U.S. entry

Service Specific to Operations to the United States

U.S. Presidential Proclamations have significantly restricted travel to the U.S. during the global COVID-19 pandemic. If you’re a foreign national currently prohibited from entering the U.S. due to travel within a suspended region the last 14 days, a National Interest Waiver (NIW) may be a viable option.

NIWs provide an opportunity for those restricted travelers to apply for an exemption based on an urgent business, educational, health, or other emergency need.

Access to a NIW through the U.S. Embassy can prove very difficult to impossible for most operators to navigate on their own. Our Global Regulatory Services team has researched and developed a better, proven option. Find out more from our team of experts today.
