U.S. Visa Waiver Program

U.S. Ops Reminder:

Faster entry: Skip the wait for pax visas with U.S. Visa Waiver Program

Service Specific to Operations to the United States

The Visa Waiver Program allows eligible operators to become Signatory Carriers, giving them the ability to transport passengers from 41 nationalities into the U.S. without a Visa. Qualifying pax can travel for tourism or business in the U.S., and can stay for up to 90 days.

Increase your operational flexibility in trip planning and trip estimates thanks to the use-on-demand, always-on resource of an approved Visa Waiver into the U.S:

  • Private and Commercial U.S. Operators and Commercial Foreign Operators are eligible to qualify
  • Valid for 7 years after approval
  • Currently, pax of 41 countries can participate, and also need to:
    • Have authorization under ETSA system prior to travel;
    • Pass a check of electronic database of inadmissible aliens;
    • Must depart U.S. within 90 days of entry.

With Signatory Carrier status, you streamline your operational options, limit monetary risk of fines/penalties, and avoid delays, diversion or cancellations associated with U.S. Visa issues.
