UVtriplink, our Web-based scheduling tool, gives you the flexibility to customize Trip Status information to your preferences. Via your Web browser, you can:

  • View and print your entire trip – including embedded service confirmation messages – in less than three clicks.
  • Filter the trip information you want to see by legs, services, or both. For example, for a 10-leg trip, choose to view legs two, three, and seven, limiting the services to handling, transportation, and catering.
  • View your Trip Support Services team e-mail communication history.
  • Quickly access trip documents – including Gen Decs, APIS messages, and flight plans – from within your Trip Status screen.
  • Customize your access to Trip Manifest information, sorting by Leg, Trip, or Summary views.

As a registered UVtriplink user, you can use Universal® flight status and weather briefings to customize your trip support services at your convenience. Through UVtriplink, you can submit international and domestic trip requests and any accompanying service.
