Part 91 APIS Transmissions – Required Data
The Advance Passenger Information System, or APIS, facilitates research on crew and passengers on International flights. Part 91 flights are required to submit APIS manifests for the crew and passengers on board the aircraft prior to arriving into or departing out of the United States on or before the day of operation.
